In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the nonprofit needed a strategic pivot to continue fundraising efforts for the nonprofit organization. The solution was the All Stars Helping Kids Town Hall, a virtual livestream event with an initial target of raising $10,000, engaging partners and potential donors in a challenging time.

Developed and executed a comprehensive campaign strategy, which included scripting for speakers and producing visual content for the live stream. Successfully advocated for a pre-recorded livestream format to maintain high professionalism and control over the brand presentation.
We have established a significant partnership with Raj Mathai, anchor at NBC Bay Area, who became a crucial participant in the event.
Managed client relations, coordinated with two additional contractors, and developed a contingency technology plan to ensure the event ran seamlessly.

I designed the show rundown to address the most compelling question: why should viewers care?
This focus on viewer engagement was the guiding principle that shaped the content and flow of our entire program.
To ensure the conversation remained timely and impactful, I maintained constant communication with the anchor, Raj Mathai of NBC Bay Area, via headset, guiding the event's pacing and keeping our messaging sharp and focused.

Results
As a final touch, I developed and distributed a comprehensive partner toolkit, empowering our grantees and partners to maximize their engagement with the event.
It exceeded the fundraising goal substantially, raising $25,000—$15,000 beyond the initial target.
The event was well-received, garnering positive feedback from clients, partners, and viewers.
The success of this town hall set a precedent, encouraging the nonprofit to continue with additional virtual events throughout the pandemic as an effective means of outreach and fundraising.
