Let’s break our sessions down
Our first conversation is for us to get to know each other, along with your goals, motivations, challenges, and all that good stuff.
We'll measure your public speaking baseline: energy, tone, clarity, gestures, vocal variety, and audience engagement.
I'll put you on the spot (you'll thank me later, I promise) by recording an impromptu speech of your choice. It can be about your dogs, family, job interview, upcoming presentation, or whatever you want it to be.
We'll tailor your presentation based on the audience you're trying to reach. For content purposes, we'll craft your brand story. We'll focus on a robust interview format to ensure that results are top of mind.
Before we hop off, we'll go through breathing techniques to help you relax before a presentation and techniques to amplify the power in your voice.
Our first full session is all about content strategy and development.
What's the story you want to convey? What are the primary and secondary topics that you want to highlight? What is the sweet spot of information without overwhelming your audience?
We'll slice and dice from our first session to refine our messaging and perspective.
For content generation, we'll create outlines for your upcoming videos and presentations. We'll record them during our next session for you to post. For interviews, we'll structure STAR format conversations to ensure you knock out job interviews.
Our second session is recording your content. I’ll show you how to use your phone and tripod to record yourself like a pro!
My guidance has helped clients develop up to 20 videos in hours. That’s five topics and four videos per topic. Booooom! Content for the upcoming months is done.
If we’re focused on your job interviews, we will do some of the content work above to help create thought leadership assets for your LinkedIn. Though, we’ll focus more on mock interviews until you’re over it. So over it that you’re no longer overthinking or nervous.
Our last session will fly by.
It’s putting together everything you learned about technicalities, content, and even yourself to work.
I’ll show you simple ways to edit, upload, and share your videos on LinkedIn. For jobs, I’ll show you tactics to help you outshine the crowd of job applicants.
Before we say goodbye 👋, we’ll review a summary of technical know-how, re-measure your public speaking, and compare it with your baseline numbers.

Commitment
We'll have four sessions at 45 minutes each. I recommend doing additional videos and mock conversations, but that's totally optional.
Timeline
I understand that life is busy, and I also believe it's about making time. Using my online calendar, you'll have 90 days to complete the Speak with Intention sessions.
Investment & Cost
The Speak with Intention course is valued at $1,250. Payment plans are offered. Imagine having content that converts clients or starts your career. How valuable is that for you?
